Agreement
By placing your order, you agree to the following items:

1. Email addresses. Please provide us with the email addresses for each employee two weeks prior to your subscription start date. The names should be provided in CSV format. Insert the employee's first and last names in the first field and the email address in the second field. There will not be a credit in the event of incorrect email addresses

2. Safe sender list. Please clear the following email address in your spam filter: etraining@douglaspublications.com.

3. The program. Mini-courses and quizzes will be sent every two weeks. They are identified as copyright material by us and we ask that you remind your employees that they should not share or duplicate this material for use by others. The employee has two weeks to read the mini-course, answer the questions, and hit “reply” to return quiz. The employee receives two reminders to take the quiz prior to the deadline date. The employee receives an email reporting on how they did on the quiz and the correct answers. The supervisor at the company receives a Quiz Results report for each quiz showing which of their employees received the quiz, which opened it, and which took the test and the scores for all those taking the quiz.

4. Content. If you have not indicated what content should be sent to your employees by the start date (listed in #1) of your subscription, we will choose the mini-courses to be sent to your employees.

5. Privacy . We will not rent your email names to third parties but we will send our free safety and human resources e-newsletters and announcements regarding our events and training materials.

6. Incentives/prizes. You may provide incentives and prizes, to high scorers, at your own cost and announcement of these winners will be made without cost in the next broadcast.
