Anita Madison

Anita Madison is vice president of Training and Consulting at ComPsych. A veteran of the HR industry, Anita is responsible for ComPsych’s training programs, developing customized workshops and other HR services, analyzing customer organizational issues and providing one-on-one HR consultation to managers. Fortune 500 companies regularly consult with Anita on important workforce management issues.

Prior to joining ComPsych in 1991, Anita was the principal owner of the Professional Development Network, a California-based private consulting firm specializing in assisting organizations with all functions related to HR. Prior to that, she directed the training and organizational consulting efforts of Pacific Mutual/Pacific Financial Companies and the California Society of CPAs. In addition, she has served on the faculty of the University of Phoenix and as an adjunct faculty member of California State University at Long Beach .

Anita has served on the Board of Directors for the National Council on CEUs and is a frequent speaker and consultant on alternative delivery methods for corporate training. She received her bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Penn State University and her master's degree from Northern Illinois University .
