Next Generation Benchmarking for Human Resources

Benchmarking was introduced to HR in 1985 by this presenter, Dr. Jac Fitz-enz. Although it has gained wide acceptance it has stalled in terms of its usefulness because in most cases it has failed to go beyond its concentration on HR program efficiency. Today, management expects HR to contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. This required refocusing benchmarking externally on the effectiveness of investments in talent management programs. This presentation offers a model for predicting ROI before the investment and analyzing ROI after the implementation.
Learning Objectives:

- Show how their company compares to the top performers in their industry; advanced level
