Join us for a 90-minute audio conference as Dr. James F White, a retired OSHA Compliance Safety and Health Officer
and Adele Abrams, an attorney and safety professional, covers the entire OSHA standard on recordkeeping for 29 CFR 1904.
We will cover the standard, OSHA forms, data calculations, posting requirements and citation policies for non-compliance. Course attendees will also receive guidance on the use of the data collected to assist with trend analysis, job hazard analysis and VPP application process.
Additionally, course attendees will receive information from a retired OSHA CSHO on enforcement issues related to OSHA recordkeeping requirements.

Dr. James White is president of Quickstar, LLC. He is a retired U.S. DOL Occupational Safety and Health Compliance Safety and Health Officer. Dr. White is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the United States Army, and a member of the U.S. Army Forces Command.
Dr. White’s most current assignment was Chief of Safety for JTF-NSJ (National Scout Jamboree). As the Chief of Safety for the Joint Task Force
he provided command safety support for the Task Force and the BSA. Previous Joint Command assignments include: Command Safety Officer for NORAD/NORTHCOM, Combat Safety Officer for US ARMY FORSCOM, Chief of Safety for Joint Task Force - Olympics (Salt Lake City), Chief of Safety Camp Doha, Kuwait, Safety Team Leader for Joint Task Force-Olympics (Atlanta)
Dr. White is certified to teach numerous OSHA and Safety courses, and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the World Safety Organization, the Association of Professional Industrial Hygienists, the National Safety Council, the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the International Code Council.

In the early 1990s, she served on a Department of Labor task group to promote Job Safety Analysis in the mining industry.
