Linking Employee Recognition to Brand Success

Employee recognition is turning into a strategic tool. A stream of contemporary research continues to support the fact that the greatest driver of customer loyalty is employee engagement. Employees that “get” what their company exist to do - the Brand Promise - and then communicate that promise in a compelling way are winning business for their company. The “value chain” that drives this end result runs from the creation of the brand promise through employees and out to the market place.

In this seminar, we will explore the components of the Employee Engagement value chain and link each of them to recognition strategy. We will discuss how employee recognition can reinforce a corporate brand and why that is so important. In this discussion, we will explain the importance of recognition strategy – how to create a systemic strategy, what are the common components of a strategy, what are the resources available to support a recognition and reward system and what are the economics involved.
