Wellness that Works – A Survey of Successful Corporate Wellness Strategies in National Corporations

Every Human Resource professional knows the startling trends regarding health care costs across the United States. Health insurance premiums rose again in 2006, an average 7.7% according to the 2006 Employer Health Benefits Survey by the Kaiser Family Foundation and the Health Research and Educational Trust. In all, Health Care Premiums have increased 87 percent over the past six years. This year’s survey recorded the slowest rate of premium growth since 2000, though premiums still increased more than twice as fast as workers’ wages (3.8%) and overall inflation (3.5%).
Join us to learn what real solutions major U.S. employers are putting into place to improve the health of their employee population and control long-term health care costs. Visant and Playtex, both thought leaders in the implementation of Wellness and Health Improvement initiatives, will be discussing their wellness programs and presenting the evidence of their success in partnership with Preventure, a leading provider of national wellness programs.
